I spend a fair chunk of my time making websites. The other chunk is spent DJing and searching for music. Originally from the UK, I’m currently travelling and focusing on freelance work whilst expanding my portfolio.
Hello! My name is Alex and I’ve had the pleasure of sharing things on the internet for a number of years. My experience starts at a small secondary school in South Yorkshire where I made a small website to host flash games – turns out creating a games website to bypass the school filters impressed my teachers more than it annoyed them!
Since then, I’ve grown my skillset and worked in a number of different areas. I spent my time as a graduate developer at a marketing agency, grew my skills as a mid-level developer at a different digital marketing agency and flexed my software testing skills at a huge corporation. Recently, I have been focusing on freelance work and travelling – essentially attempting to live the digital nomad dream!
My most recent launch was creating a straightforward ecommerce website for a local record shop.
